Hi, I’m Roxana! I am a 26 year old elementary school teacher. I am married to my college sweetheart and am Mommy to two adorable dachshunds. I call my blog a “life blog.” I write about everything – beauty, fashion, health, infertility/adoption… life!
My dreams came true when I met Jerry. We met at the University of Houston at the end of December 2007 and began dating March 6, 2008. He proposed to me on UH campus on July 29, 2011 with Sprinkles Cupcakes (I LOVE cupcakes!). Seven and a half short months later, we were married on February 17th, 2012.
Our children, I mean dogs, are the center of our world! Tucker and Charlie are both piebald Miniature Dachshunds. They may be small and have cold noses, but they have BIG personalities and warm hearts.

TTC and weight loss!
Aw yay! My blog has kind of veered away from TTC for now. We did one round of injectables out of pocket, and it was too expensive to try again and again with no success. Our next step is adoption. Not sure whether we’re going to take out a loan for traditional or if we are going to foster to adopt. Either way, we’ll be parents one of these days. Hopefully sooner than later :). How long have you been TTC?

Not long really…about 6 months. Recently diagnosed with PCOS and I don’t ovulate. Supposed to be trying Clomid next cycle.
